About Bryant

Welcome to my Photography blog for My Free Time.  (If you’re looking for information on my Wedding or Portrait Photography, please visit my WEBSITE and make sure to fill out the form on the “Contact” page or visit the BLOG to see recent work.)

Guess I’ll add more info to this later, when I get some free time.  But for now, I’m a Christian and trying to be more like the Savior each and every day.  I like to study the Bible – the world’s greatest book.  I’m a husband to my wonderful wife, who’s also the best mom ever to our two children.  I love spending time with them.  I like to learn, learn, learn, almost anything.  I like learning new things.  I’m trying to learn Spanish on my own, which is hard.  I am a photographer – have been since 1982, but have taken it more seriously for the last several years.  I am a gardener in my free time.  I actually like to mow grass – no phone calls, no multi-tasking, and usually no interruptions.  I used to hunt, fish, and play golf, but rarely get to any of those nowadays.

I don’t usually write about my work, but I am licensed as an engineer and a surveyor.  That keeps me very busy, and I like my work too.

Wow, that was much more than I anticipated to write.  And yes, there’s much more to write about, but not until I get some free time.

  1. Patrick and I are just so amazed by your talent! Your photos are just as good as any professional ones I’ve seen. You seriously need to try to submit those hayride photos and Blue Ridge Parkway photos and apple cider pics to some Virginia or Appalachian magazine.

  2. Hi Bryant,

I was just reviewing some visitors’ replies on my blog and realized that I hadn’t responded to yours as I had intended. I appreciate you leaving a reply back in December, and it’s a pleasure to meet another brother online. You have some nice photos on your site, and I plan to make this one of my stops along my “blog route.”

    In Christ,

  3. Bryant,

  5. Bryant,
I am amazed to look at the mountains that I grew up in, in a different light. What a beautiful place.
Oh by the way if you ever want to come to Alaska to expand your portfolio let me know.
    Take Care

  6. Alaska would be a GREAT place to go…I’ll keep that in mind. How long do you think you’ll be there?

  7. Hello long lost cousin. Rosa and Elisha were my grandparents. I’m Jean’s daughter. Email or fb me.
