Autumn Leaves on the Sidewalk

Okay, so that’s not the best name for these two photos, but it describes them pretty well.  I really like both of these.  I guess it’s the perspective, but there’s a special quality about them both that I can’t quite describe.  What do you think?  These were taken on my sidewalk at home on November 20th, 2009.
